Preparing for a logistics site interview without sounding rehearsed
Concrete practice points for safety questions, teamwork examples, and describing your last warehouse routine.
Site interviews in logistics rarely follow a polished corporate script. Expect questions about how you handle a jammed scanner, a late trailer, or a colleague who skips a safety step.
Prepare two short stories from real shifts: one about accuracy under time pressure, one about asking for help. Keep each under a minute. Interviewers notice when answers stay tied to the floor instead of abstract teamwork slogans.
If German is your second language, practise naming equipment and safety verbs you will hear on site. You do not need perfect grammar to show you understand a Sperrzone or a Gefahrgut label.
Our Interview Walkthrough sessions run a timed mock with feedback on pace and concreteness. Candidates leave with a one-page reminder rather than a long script to memorise.
