Why we exist
Distribution centres around Pinneberg and the Hamburg western corridor hire in waves: Christmas peaks, summer retail surges, and quiet winters. Candidates often apply with retail or hospitality backgrounds that transfer poorly unless someone translates inventory and night-shift habits into the language German warehouse ads expect. Employers lose week-one hires when commute costs and language of safety briefings stay unspoken until day one.
We sit between those two pressures. Our work is employment consulting in Germany for logistics, warehouse, and supply-chain placement support — sessions, briefings, and document reviews, not a recruiting agency that places people on our own payroll.
How we work
Sessions stay concrete. We ask about Staplerschein status, scanner systems you have used, and whether early or rotating shifts fit your household. For employers, we write headcount briefs that name B1 requirements for safety talks separately from floor-language flexibility.
English is our consulting language. German-language application drafts are available as an add-on when a target posting requires them. We keep notes short and return them within two business days after a consultation.
